I’ve been thinking about how small daily habits shape us more than the big moments do. Of course, big goals are important, but it's really the everyday choices, such as how we talk to people and how we use our time, that change who we are.

Even simple habits like praying before the kids wake up, reading a few verses from the scriptures, sticking to a small health routine, or writing for a few minutes can completely shift my day. The more consistent I am with little things, the more grounded and confident I feel.
